Turkovich Family Wines

The Turkovich Family Wines’ journey began in 2007 when Chris Turkovich, a third-generation farmer, planted our first 14 acres of vines. Drawing on their deep roots in agriculture and winemaking, husband and wife team Chris and Luciana, our head winemaker, meticulously craft 8,000 cases of wine annually. Spanning 22.5 acres in the newly renowned Winters Highlands AVA, we cultivate 25 different grape varieties. Nestled between the fertile Sacramento Valley and the coastal range of the Vaca Mountains, our vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate and soil composition. We are dedicated to efficiently and sustainably crafting the finest wines in Yolo and Solano County, ensuring a future where quality meets environmental stewardship. Our tasting room, located in the heart of Downtown Winters, welcomes you to explore our diverse selection of wines, while our winery on Buckeye Road offers a glimpse into our winemaking process and heritage.
